Full Service Hotels

- Our appraisals have included full

service hotels from Deluxe to mid-scale. We have

appraised Luxury hotels such as Four Seasons and Ritz

Carlton; Upscale Full Service of all brands including

Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Radisson, Sheraton Hotels, Kempinski Hotels,

Renaissance, Crown Plaza and Westin; and upper midscale

hotels such as over 20 Holiday Inns.

 

 

Destination Resort Hotel

- Five Star Resorts in Turkey, Rixos Hotel Group, Egypt, Tunesia and United States

 

Suite Hotels

–Upscale Suite hotels appraised include

Embassy Suites, Doubletree Guest Suites and Sheraton

Suites. We have appraised 23 AmeriSuites nationwide.

Midscale suite hotels we have analyzed include Sierra

Suites, Quality Suites and Comfort Suites.

 

Extended Stay Hotels

- Additionally we have appraised or

evaluated numerous upscale extended stay suite

properties nationwide, including 36 Residence Inns and 2

Hawthorn Suites and 56 AmeriSuites.

– We have appraised or evaluated

numerous limited service properties nationwide,
